i don’t understand how movies aren’t marketed with the greg frazier name, because holy fuck this movie would be worthwhile on a purely visual merit. it’s spectacular.
this movies fast paced, grand spectacles make the first film look boring by comparison.
not to mention it is all perfectly accompanied by this monstrous, penetrating sound design. the moments when silence break through are taken in like a calm break from the blissful sensory overload this film provides. and when that silence is replaced by the iconic "dune theme" it’s just overwhelmingly beautiful.
