Pretty compelling premise and visual identity, obviously! I understand how it launched a feature. Found myself a little bored with it after a few minutes... really hated the bro-y "oh my god what the fuck what is that" narration. Didn't find it very scary or compelling unfortunately. Nor could I be invested in the "narrative" progression; once you've seen one "Backroom", you've seen them all...

Looking forward to the full length nonetheless!

Honestly, taken just at face value I think this movie is, like, fine. It's pretty entertaining and I thought it was effectively suspenseful; its rhythms are predictable, but that's also what makes it as tense as it is: the scene in the car with the other girl works because you know how it's going to end you just don't know when and the wait is excruciating.
