If you don’t know the movement-imageness of a film after 5 seconds of it; dont’t talk to me
recently i went to a screening of Angel’s Egg, and it felt truly special and beautiful. it’s hard to fully describe this film. i kept thinking about it for days afterward. there’s very little dialogue, but the visuals and small details express more than words ever could.
to me, Angel’s Egg is a tale of a fallen figure wandering through a strange place that is both dead and alive. her main purpose is to protect something fragile and help a new being come into existence.
