I couldn’t even describe those last thirty minutes, but holy exposition dump.
I mean, yeah I didn’t see it coming but that felt so completely out of left field that it’s not even plausible.. I can’t co-sign that.
Five minute later update: Okay, maybe I’m finally just taking in what I just watched, but the filmmaking alone near the end is still garbage and looks terrible.

Just a flat out terrible second half.
Everything from Renate taking lead and on just lacks what made the first half work. The score kicks up in the second half which was nice, but the rest did absolutely nothing for me.
