talked at length with sam about this one and i just don’t think the humor works for me because there is nothing over the top or ridiculous about the girl’s behavior. that’s what disability looks like at its worse. women twisting their faces into horrible shapes in distress and wailing in pain isn’t uncomfortably funny…
