Also, best to do it on easy and choose a short campaign. If the Chainsaw mutation is up, that makes it even easier!

1. You cannot use a pistol at all - even when you are incapped. Apparently molotov's etc are okay - but I didn't even risk those. 4 of us who wanted the achievement did it in pairs - so 2 people…
