Author's Notes: This for caelianokawaii for the 2008 hp_springsmut fest. I will admit I found this more difficult than I thought and many ideas have changed but the one thing that hasn’t changed was the fact it is “in canon” for it starts during Chapter 23 of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” (“Malfoy Manor”) and takes the story in a new direction. I have tried to put in the following kinks:

during the war, bittersweet endings, Dub con, power play, desperateness, enthusiastic/rough sex, mind fucks, biting, teasing, urgency, guilty conscience, licking, dark!fic, characters being in difficult or vexing situations, inner turmoil story with conflict, angst and I tried desperately to put duality in the characters. I also was sneaky to put in a quickie threesome.

I will admit that I took several short paragraphs from the books but these are used for creative purposes only and will not be counted as the total word count. Credits are as follows:

The beginning paragraph (in italics) was taken from page 384 of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” (UK Children’s edition) (Chapter 23: Malfoy Manor)

Remus’ quote that Harry remembers (also in italics) was taken from page 213 of “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban” (UK Children’s edition) (Chapter 14: Snape’s Grudge)

The end paragraph (in italics) are snippets from other paragraphs taken from page 597, 598 and 600 of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” (UK Children’s edition) (Chapter 36: The Flaw in the Plan)

Hiya

Well, this is a post to say that I have come out of retirement. I was meant to stay in for longer but someone let me down at the last minute with an assignment for hp_wintersmut so I decided to have a go. Not only did I complete the fic within a week but I also caught the fic writing bug again and have signed up to two extra fests. So for 2008, expect to see assignments for;

I want to sign up for more but I could be moving away in March for a job and if that happens, I won’t have the time to write anymore.

It’s not naughty but it is nice to look at and the title was taken from a line that Luna says to Ginny.

k8nkane, I hope you liked this. As you can tell, I put in a lot of your kinks as well as other elements such as: parseltongue, dirty talk, darker fics, plot as well as smut, polyjuice activity, animalistic, dominant but not stupid!Fenrir. Now, I know in the first part of the fic, Lucius sounds OOC but trust me, there is an explanation. I was inspired by the following pieces of art: Keeping In Line by ariadneelda, Trusting the Dark Man by mieronna and this feast of Malfoy!cest art by various artists. This has got to be the longest gift I have ever received (35,260 words) but its funny, sexy, has its sad moments with a sweet ending. The pairings are:

James/Lily, Sirius/Lily, Sirius/James, Sirius/Remus, implied Sirius/Regulus

The warnings are: voyeurism, fingering, drug use, boys being assholes, femdom, poetry, angst, unrealistic portrayals of achieving orgasm, extensive foreshadowing, exhibitionism, excessive length, wall sex, (constant) alcohol use, incest, occasional breach of the fourth wall, over-indulgent discussion of a car, fluff, the French.

Author/Artist's Notes: This is for all the writers, artists and pinch-hitters who have contributed something to the siriusisnotdead fic fest. All of you have created and all who participated should have received a gift but this is a special gift. I looked at every request to see if I could write a fic that everyone could love. Everyone didn’t agree on a pairing so I decided to do a gen fic focusing on Sirius that reflected what this fest was all about- bring Sirius back from the dead and not listening to what Miss Rowling says (no offence, Miss Rowling).

This was actually the ending to a HP/POTC crossover fic in which Sirius comes back from the world of POTC via the Veil/Davy Jones’ heart and he was supposed to walk down the street and meet Remus and Harry and have the bitching fight with his mum whilst wearing the pirate gear. However, the idea was scrapped for I couldn’t think of a good enough “middle” for the fic” so after creating this fest, I decided to come back to this, delete the pirate gear and expand it so it focuses in on what Sirius is thinking.

Here’s a task for the David Thewlis fans. There’s a line in this that I took from a DT film because I thought it was such a good line. I dare you to find out and if you can find it, you get a virtual cookie LOL

Hiya

In the last few weeks, there has been a huge surge of reviews of my work, especially on fanfiction.net. People have been asking me for sequels for certain stories and no matter how much I want to do it, I have sort of left the fan fiction world for a while. Since last August I have participated in 7 fic fests, with two more gifts that have to be revealed. Once I have been revealed, I will post them on here as well as links to my gifts but my hp_summersmut gift is the last fic I have written.

I have many reasons. Although I have ideas on what to write about, my motivation in writing has dimmed. It really started in about April but then I saw the sign ups for hp_summersmut and I couldn’t resist. The gift I wrote was my hardest and drained me although I believe it to be one my darkest and possibly my best.

Also, I decided I had put off writing my own personal novel for too long. I started it in July and am on Chapter 7 already. You can go to amaris_society to check on my progress (I will be making weekly updates every Sunday).

I may post up an entry later on highlighting some of my favourite fics that I have written and why I love them so much but I might wait until I’ve been revealed at hp_summersmut
