Bonjour! My name is Kaylin. I don't friend people I don't know, but if I meet you somehow through a comm or message board or real life or whatever, I might friend you or you can friend me, just let me know how I met you because I'm really bad with matching names to faces.

Some random things about me you should know: I am 22 years old, and I am from in Alabama. I have recently gotten a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with minor in French from Auburn University. I eventually plan to get a Master's and Ph.D degrees in anthropology and travel the world doing fieldwork and research. Although I'm from Alabama, I'm a liberal agnostic and I voted for Obama. I enjoy listening to most kinds of music, and I LOVE to dance. I'm absurdly clumsy, as most people who know me have witnessed. I LOVE to travel. I have already been to France, the Netherlands, the UK, and Fiji before, which were all great! I'm next planning to go to South Korea to teach English for a year.

I love Johnny Depp (the man and his movies). He's been my favorite actor since I was 11 years old and saw Sleepy Hollow. I'm a big old-school Disney fan (anything before the mid-90's and a couple since), and I also love sci-fi and fantasy type shows, books, and movies, especially about vampires. Some of my favorites include: Buffy and Angel, Firefly, True Blood, Harry Potter, etc. True Blood is the most recent obsession, and I like the books (Southern Vampire mysteries by Charlaine Harris) too, despite their somewhat romance-novel-ish writing. I DO NOT LIKE TWILIGHT. VAMPIRES DO NOT SPARKLE. ERIC WOULD KICK EDWARD'S ASS ANY DAY.

My favorite holiday is Halloween.
