kajivar: (Heroes // Hiro - yatta!)

Fandom Thoughts

I watch too much TV.

Monday
Heroes - Continues to rule. I love this show.
The Riches - Liked the first episode, will continue to watch.

Tuesday
Veronica Mars - This season hasn't been all that great. I fail to see the point of the on-off-on-off yoyo of V/Logan other than to irritate the viewers. Also, I mourn the lack of the rest of the cast this season (with the exception of Piz, who can go away NOW). Mind you, it's still better than a lot of the crap on TV, and I will be sad to see it go. (Or "revamped," which is code word for "jumping the shark" and will undoubtedly result in adult FBI agent Veronica Mars infiltrating the Pussycat Dolls and boning her new boss on his desk.)

Wednesday
America's Next Top Model - I'm hooked. This is so sad.
Bones - On at the same time as ANTM. *FLAIL* I missed the last episode.
Lost - Has lost me. I'm tired of the non-reveals (see Heroes for the way to have mystery *and* make the audience happy). I'm tired of the plotholes. Wait, the Others are on another island that no one ever noticed despite various treks around the island (including to high ground) *or* sailing around the island. But wait, they're not on another island. They moved back to this island for no good reason. Augh, whatever. Bored now.

Thursday
Survivor - Most. Boring. Season. Ever. Wait, the tribe with the bed and all the food they could possibly want keeps beating the physically and mentally exhausted tribe that has to desperately scramble for food and comfort. SHOCK.
Supernatural - I'm still enjoying the show, but there's something lacking somewhere. More campaign plot?
CSI - I'm behind and must rectify this. Yay On Demand.

Friday
Wait, do I want anything on Friday?

Saturday
Urm, ditto.

Sunday
TAR - I don't like Rob & Amber, but I hate Mirna and Charla even more. Gah. Is it against the rules to dropkick other contestants off a cliff? 'Cuz I totally would.
Desperate Housewives - I watch this show solely for Marcia Cross pretty much at this point. Except she's on maternity leave so woe.
Dresden Files - I haven't paid this show as much attention as I should, since I tend to watch Desperate Housewives at 9:00, then watch DF after the first run of BSG, and I'm tired. Meh.
Battlestar Galactica - I'm smelling chum in the water. Sharks are circling. Eh, I'm trying to have faith, but spoilers have me pretty nervous.

No, see, the "barracks" (the suburbia bit from the season premier) are on the main island, and the hospital bit was on the other island. As was the zoo. As for why they couldn't see the small village in a big clearing from the top of Crazy Delenn's Mountain...nevermind, I give up. This show makes no sense.

I tried to like VM this season, I tried. I failed. I think I'll just pretend the last episode I saw was the end and leave it there before I come to hate it.

Bones = fricken awesome. I am in love with the show.

Heroes = same as Bones

Dresden Files = I like. They actually get my hometown mostly right. It's not genius material, but it's good entertainment against other crap that's on Sunday night. Give it some more attention.

I can't seem to give up on a show no matter what. Thus, I keep watching VM and Lost, both of which were SOOOO good when they started that I keep trying to have faith.

If you feel BSG sharked, try out Blood Ties. It is right down your alley. :)

I... haven't watched a new episode of television since Veronica Mars 3x05, I think. My brain is just not geared to appointment television, I think.

Okay, there was the Scrubs musical, but I haven't watched any of the eps on either side of that.

Next season, I'm so completely abusing the DVR.

I seriously love Bones. So much. While Heroes is dark and angsty with a side of humour, Bones is the exact opposite, and is exactly what I need in the middle of the week. It is such joy to watch!

BSG and I are not speaking right now. This season, except for the first few episodes, has been pretty awful. Heroes and Bones bring me way more joy.
