Lacking inspiration

I'm getting around to posting this later than I meant to, but tomorrow, Saturday, at 3:00, the Eugene Browncoats are facing off against the Portland Browncoats in the kickball game to end all kickball games on the 1 year anniversary of the release of Serenity! And it's in Albany, so most of you have absolutely no reason to not be there! After the game we're having an anniversary shindig at Riley's, and everybody's welcome. We've got lots of space reserved. On an unrelated note, I finally got a friggin' job! It's nothing super exciting, but I'm happy. I got Matt's old gig as a burrito slinger at Taco Del Mar. I started on Wednesday. Everything's pretty laid back there, so I think it's gonna be pretty sweet.

Tomorrow I head back home, which will be quite nice. I'm very glad I finally convinced my mom to go back a day early, so that I can make it to Jamie and Stephy's wedding. Yay! I was gonna be so pissed if I couldn't make it to that.

In other news, we apparently now have a cat. She's about a month old and is 100% adorable.

A group of us are going down to Springfield to see the 12:04 showing of X-Men 3 this Thursday night at Cinemark 17. If anybody's interested in coming, lemme know and ride stuff can be figured out.

So, due to lack of being able to work things out sufficiently and new circumstances popping up near last-minute, I'm switching when people are getting together to see "V for Vendetta". New time is Sunday, 4:45, at Carmike. Time might change if I hear significant opposition, but I know that this will work for several people, so that's what I'm going with. I really hope more people are able to make it to this!

I'm going to see "V for Vendetta" tomorrow (Friday), because I have a strange obsession with seeing movies as soon as they come out (if a movie has a midnight premiere, it's a safe bet that I'm there). So, I know this is short notice, but it would be awesome if as many people as possible could make it out to see it too. I wish I could make a poll, but I'll just post the showtimes and if you could, please let me know what times you'd be able to make it so we can all go at a time that the most people can come. Times are as follow: 1:20, 1:50, 4:15, 4:55, 7:10, 8:00, 10:00 and midnight (yet no midnight tonight; lame). Hope to hear from people soon!
