Anybody know if (and where) the photo of JL (no, not Jennifer Lopez) that pops up in "I Heart Huckabees" is available online?
Thanks.
"Is it a crime to look at Lange?"
I just saw this movie today and had some mixed feelings on it. I felt that it was a bit slow at times but had some wonderful peformances and genuinely touching moments. Of course I felt Jessica's scenes were the best (I'm just a bit biased lol) especially the ones with her real life partner Sam Shepard. She was absolutely amazing but it saddened me to see how she has aged. I don't want her to keep getting older...I want her to keep making those movies!
Anyways, if you are not really interested in the movie but want to see a good scene look for the one between Jess and Sam on the street almost near the end...it's verrrrry good. Has anyone else seen it? If so, what are your thoughts?
I watched Blue Sky for the first time a few weeks ago, and I must say it is now one of my favorite movies ever. Jessica really deserved the academy award for her performance. Frances is on my queue on blockbuster.com, and I'm really looking forward to seeing that also. Anyone who has seen both, which one did you like better?
I just watched A Streetcar Named Desire a couple nights ago and I'm very back and forth on how I feel about Jess's performance in this one. I'm a HUGE fan and I love her to death but I sort of feel her performance was somewhat forced in this. What are your thoughts? Don't get me wrong I think she did fabulous as Blanche and I loved her, she looked lovely as well but I just feel her performance was somewhat weak. I think she did wonderful at the end of the play when she is taken away but the rest just seemed weak compared to what I normally see from her. I plan on watching it again soon so maybe my view on it will change. Let me know some of your thoughts if you have seen it.
Jessica Lange is amazing ♥
Just got done watching Normal...
and felt like saying it.
Has anyone gotten to see this film yet? Jess stars opposite Christina Ricci and it's based on the novel by Elizabeth Wurtzel... I think it airs next month on cable. I can't wait to see this... from what I've heard Jess gives once again another outstanding performance as Christina's unbalanced, alcholic mother. Can't wait! =)
hey hey, i don't know who lives near or around nyc, but i thought you'd like to know that jessica will be in the glass menagerie in april (or march) on broadway with ethan hawke...she'll be playing amanda...oooo...sounds like fun
