JASCO, Inc. offers three service support plans designed to meet varying levels of operational, compliance, and service support needs.

  • Premier Support Plan

    The Premier Support Plan is JASCO’s most comprehensive service offering, designed to minimize downtime and provide enhanced service coordination for critical instruments.

    Coverage includes:

    • All repair parts, labor, and travel costs, excluding consumables**
    • One (1) preventative maintenance (PM) visit per year
    • One (1) IQ/OQ service included when performed at the same time as the PM visit
    • Unlimited phone support for technical & applications issues
    • Unlimited remote support
    • Proactive coordination of PM scheduling
    • Priority service response and scheduling
    • One (1) complimentary customer training class at JASCO facilities*
    • Fifteen percent (15%) discount on consumable parts purchased

    *Complimentary training does not include travel, meals, or lodging.
    **Consumable parts vary per instrument and include items such as cells, lamps, and similar components. Consumables are covered at JASCO’s discretion during the PM visit.

  • Essential Plus Support Plan

    The Essential Plus Support Plan provides comprehensive service coverage with expanded access to JASCO’s technical and application expertise.

    Coverage includes:

    • All repair parts, labor, and travel costs, excluding consumables**
    • One (1) Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit per year
    • Discounted IQ/OQ service when performed at the same time as the PM visit
    • Unlimited phone support for technical & applications issues
    • Unlimited remote support
    • Proactive coordination of PM scheduling
    • Standard service response and scheduling
    • One (1) complimentary customer training class at JASCO facilities*
    • Ten percent (10%) discount on consumable parts purchased

  • Essential Support Plan

    The Essential Support Plan provides reliable preventative maintenance and limited remote assistance to help customers maintain instrument performance effectively.

    Coverage includes:

    • One (1) Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit per year, including all PM parts, labor, and travel costs
    • Four (4) hours of remote technical support per contract year
    • Proactive coordination of PM scheduling
    • Five percent (5%) discount on consumable parts purchased*

    **Consumable parts vary per instrument and include items such as cells, lamps, and similar components. Consumables are covered at JASCO’s discretion during the PM visit.
