ive been in painful labor since early sat. morning. contractions ranging from 3-5min apart, extremely painful and regular. i went to OB twice over the weekend and am only dialated to ONE AND A HALF. All that pain for 1 1/2. ive been walking everyday trying to kick this a kick start. its painful and i havnt slept in 3 days :-( . Yesterday I spent the day crying, i think it was mainly from exhaustion. i have an appt tomorrow and the doctor is considering inducing, he doesnt want me exhausted when i go into active labor. These damn things really hurt. Hope it goes quick. Hows everyone doin?

Well, it's sure been awhile since I've been able to update, with the computer crashing, the holidays and then being put on bedrest followed by the birth of my munchkin :).

I'll make it short for now -

1.04.2005 - 3.00pm admitted to OMHS LDRP by OB for PIH
1.04.2005 - 10.00pm started PIT
1.05.2005 - 10.30am OB broke my water b/c PIT wasn't doing a thing...
- 11.15am Given epidural (BAD back labor the ENTIRE time...)
- 1.36pm Started pushing (had to wait 1/2 way through for OB to arrive)
- 2.13pm Levi Ray Stone arrived - weighing in at 7lbs9oz and 19 1/4"

With a minor episiotomy and some help from the suction cup thingy - he came out w/no trouble :).
He's so precious...I'll have pictures up soon...he's sleeping right now and has been such a doll. He was born at 37w5d.

Hope all yall are doing well, had good holidays and Congratulations for those who had their babies and good luck to those still waiting the arrival of their angels!!!

has anyone had problems with eating? I cant eat nearly as much as i used to, ive had to cut my proportions in half. Every time I eat something, I have to down a cup of milk to prevent a stomach ache, which sometimes makes it worse. I havnt gained any weight this month, which is ok because i gained so much during the 2nd trimester, but its weird not being able to eat without feeling sick. Also, is anyone having braxton hick contractions? Ive had them like 4 times in the last month, i had some today at work, I was in so much pain and was burning up. Its really scarey to have em, Im always afraid that their gonna become regular and ill go into preterm labor at 30 weeks. Im just over paranoid.

anyone else's ribs being used and abused? OUCH. It feels like someone is outside punching me in the stomach. Oooh girlie, its gonna be payback when u want me to buy u a car. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, yay!

Hannah is kickin so hard right now, hittin and kickin, i can feel her kickin below my chest and feel her punchin above pelvic bone, lol. how weird is it to feel her do that and see ur whole belly shift and rise with each roll and kick. its so cool. i think she likes the song "thats love" by brad paisley lol. ive been on my feet nonstop and havnt been able to enjoy hannahs presence, but when i come home and am layin down, thats when she really wakes up. ive got another ultrasound in a couple days, i cant wait to see her again. my grandmas friend is coming over tomorrow with her 2 yr old and 4 month old, im excited that i get to play with them tomorrow. her 4 month old lil girl is such a sweet heart, huge blue eyes and frosted blonde hair. i should go to bed and close the window in my room, the rains have come and its probably too late now, o-well. good luck gettin to sleep, shes all over the place.
