I like it. Although a bit tricky it was quite fun to get proficient at spinning the ball on my flipper. I couldn’t get past the level with the quills but enjoyed it nonetheless. I like all the different creatures at the office, the art is nice. Audio is fine, although BGM would’ve been nice. Spinning at the office is pretty serious. Great Stuff!
Really cool game! The pen spinning alone impressed me but the merge tower defence and the keep the phone outta sight gameplay is really neat and adds good variety. Take on the theme is great and really creative! Visuals are nice, Audio is good. Lastly, getting expelled for losing at Raid: Clash Imperial is SUPER SERIOUS. Excellent Job!
MUSIC IS INCREDIBLE! The game is too but wow, the music is great! Visually it’s quite nice also, I love how many options and things are available to place down. The laundromat tycoon gameplay is nice. Spinning laundry is a good take on the theme. And, of course, running a laundromat is VERY SERIOUS. Excellent Work!
Thank you for the thorough feedback, I’ll see if I can incorporate some of your suggestions into a post jam update.
- In the prepare menu selecting a slice lets you read some info about it. You can select a slice by click and dragging the chart and bringing the section you want to focus to the rightmost side of the screen.
- In the prepare menu, on PC, hovering white icons should show prompts on the left side of the screen describing what they do, The top right “+” button in this menu let’s you add new slices, the bottom right “refresh” button lets you change the expense.
- I’ll reword the text in the save confirmation menu, it’s pretty bad haha.
- When looking at the affinity grid you can click two coloured expense icons to test how they interact, rather than reading it from the chart. (The chart kinda sucks ;-;)
- Since the game is just rock paper scissors, you just put things in your proposal that oppose the things in your opponents proposal according to the affinity chart. Sadly the information about your opponents proposal is only communicated by colour so it can be tricky to discern what to use in some cases.
Thank you for playing!
Not bad not bad. The arcade style gameplay is pretty good. The connection to the theme is a little lost on me, but there are quite a few interesting spinning elements. Visuals are nice although I’m not the biggest fan of the game environment’s styling. Audio is nice, nothing jarring. Bazooka Boy seems pretty serious to me. Good Job!
