This game is such a vibe and so relaxing. I could play this for hours while listening to music or a podcast. You should definitely add more content, I see a lot of potential here
I might be biased because I'm a fan of Yahtzee-like games but I really liked this one! Made it all the way to the 9th bounty. The 2x bonus categories might need a little better balancing because some of them were very easy while others were nearly impossible. (I was SO CLOSE to actually getting Garbage Patch on my 9th bounty, but the wheel spun about two degrees too far)
This is a great twist on Yahtzee! The balancing was a little off, the first 2 bounties were pretty well done, but 3 and 4 were very easy (Lurker 15 is an especially easy bonus). I liked how the trash system worked, but without the risk/reward like you have in bounty 1, you weren't punished for just discarding them straight away. I could see this as a full game though, especially with mechanics that made it easier/harder to hit certain things on the spinner or extra bonuses for some hands, I really enjoyed it!

This was so so good! Made it to the end with 1447 points. Took a little bit to understand how to play (I was lazy to read instructions lol) but the UI and game mechanics were so intuitive that I could understand it pretty quickly. I honestly have almost no feedback to give, I loved every bit of this game! Audio and visuals were great, there's enough content to keep the game interesting throughout the 4 bounties, and I love how you can really strategize with your discards and try to take control of the randomness.
I think the only feedback I could give is the UI elements for discarding and casting cover parts of the wheel, but sometimes I wanted to count how many of each pip number or rarity were available to determine my chances of landing the one I wanted, so maybe arranging those buttons out of the way or giving a "see through" option to look at the wheel would be nice. And for the 4th bounty, the "need exactly 6 pips" bonus thing felt a bit too easy for the last bounty, but I'm glad it was there because it allowed me to win lol. So maybe just a bit of balancing there? But honestly I loved it anyway
Really great job! Congrats!
"I have no feedback to give"... proceeds to give tons of feedback. Haha - thanks for playing and for the feedback I really do appreciate it.
Yeah it's not entirely clear at first that you need to (usually) use all your casts each round - that should be an easy fix to convey. And I feel the same way about the buttons - I hated that I had to cover the wheel, but the way I was designing was a bit tight.
You got so lucky on Bounty 4 haha! Yeah that bonus is a bit cursed. It keeps going after Bounty 4 btw and keeps getting harder - I've never seen how far I could get yet personally.
Very cool game. The sprites are just amazing, i love the fishes, the ui, everything is very beautiful. And the gameloop very interesting as well. I love Balatro, and the poker like combos were very nice. Great work!
WOWWWOWOWOWO!!! Amazing. I said everything on stream and I'm just impressed. Well done! Thanks for hanging and being so cool live with us in stream!
Really pretty, well thought out, super tight ui and mechanics, really good man! Great work. Enjoyed watching it streamed and played myself. I got pretty lucky with my spins.
Addicting, chill, nice visuals and sound effects, I just wished there was a chill music on top of that ! Great game overall, slightly confusing at first but you get the gist real fast ! And now that I think about it, it might be because I don't really play yatzhee
Great job, would love to see more of this game !
Really neat concept, but feels a bit too grindy to get all the way through to the end. I think that's because you have to spin for every fish instead of just every hand (it feels like you can only roll one Yahtzee die at a time instead of all five). I get the doubles in there, but it just felt a bit long to wait for the spin for each fish. But cool concept and well thought out!
A fun little mix of Balatro and Yahtzee with a fishing theme. Loved the art style (the little fish are adorable), and the sound design is really good, too (the clicks of the wheel while it's spinning are really satisfying). I only made it past bounty 2, so I'm not sure if there are any end-game secrets I'm missing out on, but the gameplay loop was satisfying in that "just one more spin" kind of way.
Very fun game with great art/sound. Great job!
Ahh that sucks, I just played this for 30 minutes before realizing there was meant to be audio. A reload fixed mine. Cool game though, the art is giving Stardew Valley (which is very suitable).
Complete transparency, I got so frustrated at this game. Like- unbelievably so. Anyways this game is genuinely awesome and I had a great time playing it LOL.
I made a roulette game too but this made me realize that low stakes and simple games are fun too, I enjoyed this very much!
I love this! The sound effects are satisfying, it's not too fair but not too unfair, and it's fun to play!
Beautiful artwork, shame the audio didn't work. Also maybe you could've done a better job explaining the game, the huge wall of text doesn't really help that much when you have no clue about how yahtzee works.
Too bad there's no audio! Also is it normal that at the end of the second bounty I got an empty upgrade window and no way to continue? Apart from that, it's a nice attempt at crossing mechanics from different traditional games with a chill fishing theme. And the visuals are sooooo nice I love them.
