Very tempted to make a Deviant Group for....

... "bad" Poser and Daz Studio art...

Meaning, maybe the artist just wants to have fun without bothering about the most accurate lighting and shaders, or the most refined character and pose sets, or the most astonishing clothings and props.

Given that many users of these apps are hobbyists, no-one should be expected to produce art to the calibre of art school quality or professional artwork standard.

AND, members get to critique ~*constructively*~, not destructively. No comments such as "this is crap" or "this sucks" or "failz".

The key point is whether the artist producing the art for this Group, has had FUN in creating the image.

Needless to say, if you had to starve 6 months to buy a legitimate copy of Poser, then spend 6 weeks rendering your hi-res pic, you are not having fun, don't kid yourself. You are only showing sheer determination, or foolhardiness.

(ADDED: I DO NOT mean you go get an illegal copy of Poser to use !! I paid for every Poser software version I used, and SO SHOULD YOU.)

BUT, heck, learn the basics of your app, at least. For example, if there is poke-through when you have conformed or magnetized the clothing to your figure's body, hey, fix it.

ALSO, I don't go for out-and-out pron. So that type of Bad Art is likely to be dropped from the proposed Group's Gallery. Besides, if you have tried, some figures don't have nice butt-holes. I know, yeah.

All right.

Let's think about this a bit more. I can only make one stinking Bad Art group, so it has to work.
