Summary: Trapped by terrorists in the editor-in-chief’s office at the Daily Planet with all of his colleagues – and Lex Luthor – Clark ponders just how to save them all without revealing himself.
Author's Notes: This is a Happy Birthday ficlet formrsmosley, for her prompt: “Something angsty based on Lois and Clark, Season 1.” She mentioned that “Fly Hard” was one of her favorites from that season, so this is an exploration of a scene from that episode. Any dialogue that seems familiar is lifted directly from the episode. Thanks to mark_clark, as always.
My first attempt at Lois and Clark, please be kind. :)
