It's not that hard to follow a few simple rules, right? 1. All picture posts must invlove Hilary. Please do not post pictures of Haylie or Joel without Hilary. However, I will be allowing picture posts of Taylor, Hil's best friend, since she does seem to go some events every now and then. 2. If your picture is HQ, please upload your image to Imageshack or another image hosting site that allows Thumbnail posting. Please don't post a full HQ image. 3. Please post all images in an LJ-CUT. However, please make sure to have a preview image in the post and then the LJ-CUT to the rest of the images. 4. Please specify what pictures you are posting in the post title. 5.
