| HD iChallenge; a community where Hilary Duff fans can show off their skills. Anyone is welcome to join. | ||
| There will be a new challenge every week for you to take part in. Each challenge will ask you to make an icon with whatever pictures posted. Any icons submitted must fit LJ icon standards. The community is members only so you must join to take part in any challenge posted. Every tenth challenge is a header/userinfo banner challenge. The winner will recieve 2 months paid account time OR 100 userpics for 6 months for their livejournal (as well as their winning set used as the community layout.) ******************* 1. Only use the pictures provided in the post with the rest of the challenges information. 2. Do not post or use icons you have submitted into a challenge until the it has ended and the winners have been announced. 3. You do not ask people to vote for you or tell people which icon is yours if the comments have been screened. 4. Don't vote for yourself, obviously.
