Guided By Whispers

Hi! Welcome to Guided By Whispers, the LiveJournal writing community focused primarily on the supernatural and science fiction. Everyone who enjoys writing fiction centered around either the supernatural or science fiction may join and post their work.

There are a few rules we ask you adhere to though, nothing big.

1) Please don't be a feedback whore. Feedback is nice, we all know that, but don't post a story just for the sake of feedback.

2) On the flipside, don't get all pissy when someone doesn't give you the kind of feedback you'd like. No flames, it's all about love here.

3) Another rule concerning feedback: Please give constructive criticism if you can. Not totally necessary, but much appreciated I'm sure.

4) Always use the lj-cut code when posting a story or poem. It's a simple code and saves a lot of space;
< lj-cut text="Title of piece" > Body of work goes here. < /lj-cut >
Just take away the spaces around the < >s, and you got yourself a nice lj-cut code there.

5) This is a supernatural and science fiction centric writing community, please make sure to post only stories withing that premise.

Feel free to ask for and share advice on how to make a better story. This community is set up for people to help each other and have fun. So, get to it.
