events of the weekend....
made homemade pizzas with my daughter (well, we bought a bunch of shit and tossed it on store bought crusts, close enough)...I put a little too much garlic salt on some places on my pizza. The spots I missed were quite tasty though.
I watched my best friends kid bowl over this other kid at his teeball game...it was so funny...he couldn't stop, so he ran over the kid on 2nd. We then went to "Doo-Dah-Day" when it was ending. Its a parade for bored country people who like to dress their dogs in costume. We saw a real 3 legged dog...real as in born that way, not ripped off...and a blue dog, and some idiot brought a goat and a cat there. No bloody fights though, dammit.
Drank a whole lot sat night....came home and was shoved off of my bed onto hardwood floors twice...my boyfriend likes me so much.
OH! and I got glasses!!!! They're great...their name is "Kent" from Eddie Bauer (ooohh) and they are tortoiseshell
I saw the perfect salon in New Orleans today....I'm very seriously considering working there...the owner is the only one in there now, and she had blonde dreads streaked with lavendar, and had red pointy bangs...it was just what i had in mind....the decor is great. I'm pretty sure of the neighborhood I want to live in and the school for my daughter...its a montessori school, so I need to see how much it will cost me...and I looked up the schools test scores..they're in the top 50 out of 850 school
