Watera II is a water-elemental Black Magic spell in Final Fantasy XI. It is the second tier of the Geomancer's area-of-effect Watera spells.

The spell can be purchased from Ledericus in Western Adoulin for 530,265 gil. Watera II may also be found inside of Treasure Coffers rewarded at the end of Skirmish.
Use
Watera II is a tier II Elemental Magic spell available to Geomancers (level 75). The spell inflicts water-elemental damage in an area centered around the caster. It takes 3 seconds to cast and can be recast every 15 seconds.
