William Brandice is deceased, his remains found in the Marigold Station in Fallout 3.

William was the husband of Sheila and the father of Will and Frank Brandice. Originally from the Enclave outpost of Navarro in California, he journeyed across the continent and settled in the town of Grayditch, serving as a doctor.[1]
