The Sub-Machine Gun is a burst fire weapon in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel that can be dual-wielded.
Gameplay[edit]
Obtainable early in the game. It does the same damage as a Home-Made Machine Gun, but the rate of fire of the Sub-Machine Gun is higher, giving the player the ability to do more damage per second.

- Carbon Town Center (Dusk) - Warehouse Main Storage - Mill Parking Lot, can be bought from Jesse.
- Carbon Mill Generator Area, found in a footlocker.
- Los Bridge West, purchased from Hieronymous.
- Los Docks Holding Pens, purchased from Salieri.
- Secret Vault Ruins Level 1, purchased from Shop-Tec.
