Use wily charm to influence people - each rank raises your Speech and Barter skills by 5 points.
Additional dialogue[edit]
This perk unlocks unique dialogue options with certain characters.
- During Blood Ties, the player can extort 100 Caps out of Lucy West after discovering the fate of her parents in Arefu.[1]
- During the same quest, the player can get the password to unlock the area where Ian West is located from Holly.[2]
Behind the Scenes[edit]
All three ranks of the perk appear as Legacy Content in Fallout: New Vegas.
