Ranger Stevens is an NCR Ranger who appears at the Hoover Dam in preparation for President Kimball's visit in Fallout: New Vegas.

Background

He can be found patrolling with his dog outside the entrance to the Hoover Dam Visitor Center. When asked, he explains that he hasn't been paired with his dog for long, but that he knows the dog is smart and has a good nose for finding potential problems. The Courier can compliment the dog's shiny coat, to which Stevens responds he gives it 100 brushes every day to keep it that way.
