Creations are released content for Fallout 4 as part of the Verified Creator Program. They have been vetted and approved for sale by Bethesda Game Studios.
Overview[edit]
The Bethesda Game Studios Verified Creator Program was introduced on November 10, 2025, coinciding with the release of the Anniversary Edition. The release combined Creation Club Creations and Verified Creations under one "Creations" menu and name.
Creators who wish to sell their Creations must apply for admission via creations.bethesda.net to the Verified Creator Program. Once admitted, authors or "Verified Creators" submit their Creations for approval via Bethesda's quality assurance process. Once published, the Creations can be purchased with Creation Credits and the Verified Creators receive royalties for each sale. Any author can post Creations, but only those in the Verified Creator Program can sell their Creations.
Creation Club authors were hired as contract developers, whereas Verified Creators aren't hired and they retain ownership of their own content. Community Manager Cartogriffi clarified that "Verified Creations by community members are not official, whereas Creation Club content is" and that "We vet folks into the Verified Creators program AND we review any content they release through the program."[1]
