Weapons Overview A minigun is a multi-barrel machine gun with a high rate of fire, using Gatling-style rotating barrels.

The Rockwell CZ53 personal minigun is capable of firing 5mm Rounds at over 60,000 RPM,[1] with an ammo capacity of 120 rounds.[2] The weapon was intended to replaced by the CZ57 Avenger minigun.[3]
Rockwell designed the Avenger as the replacement for the CZ53 Personal Minigun. The Avenger's design improvements include improved, gel-fin, cooling and chromium plated barrel-bores.[3] Some variants are chambered for 5.56mm bullets, with a magazine capacity of 120 rounds.
The Vindicator is product of German company Rheinmetal AG, capable of firing over 90,000 4.7mm Caseless rounds per minute, making it the pinnacle of engineering.[4] It has an ammo capacity of 100 rounds. In the Midwest, a slightly modified version of the Vindicator exists, which instead is chambered for 7.62mm rounds.
The 5mm Man-Portable Minigun[5] is a model commonly mounted on Vertibirds as a door gun. It is commonly used by members of the Brotherhood of Steel and Super Mutants. The MEC Gauss minigun is capable of firing over 90,000 2mm EC rounds per minute, by means of the weapon's electromagnetic fields.[6]

The Rockwell CZ25 military minigun appears only the Van Buren tech demo, and is able to fire large amounts of .223 caliber rounds without overheating quickly.[7] The weapon's magazine holds 54 rounds.
