I'm busy, so piss off. You got business here, talk to Eulogy.

Forty is a slaver at Paradise Falls and is Eulogy Jones' second-in-command in Fallout 3.[1]

Background[edit]

Publications[edit]

Eulogy’s second in command earned his nickname from the fact that, throughout his life, he’s killed 40 men. When you first meet this 55-year-old nasty piece of work, he warns you not to do anything stupid; he doesn’t want to have to change his name...again (however, culling slaves is something Forty considers “sport” and doesn’t count toward his total). Forty is loud, dirty, and vile.Fallout 3 Official Game Guide/Wasteland Census

  • If frenzied by the Mesmetron, he will be killed by the other slavers without them turning hostile.
  • He may be seen arguing with Eulogy Jones.

Quotes[edit]

  • "I'm busy, so piss off. You got business here, talk to Eulogy."
  • "So I look like I wanna be talking to you, scrub?"
  • "Yeah, so maybe I get a raw deal sometimes. Everybody does out here. That's the way shit goes. But maybe it's time that changed. Maybe I go see Eulogy about that right now, in fact."

Appearances[edit]

Forty appears in Fallout 3.

Forty: "Well... I mean, yeah. I ain't exactly in charge here, but I'm Eulogy's right-hand man."

  1. Fallout 3 Official Game Guide: Pronto: "Pronto is one of those guys who’s always been around, but you can’t remember how you met him or when he showed up. Rumor has it that he’s the son of an old Slaver, but he doesn’t get a lot of respect from them. He’s a nice guy, and nice guys don’t do well in Paradise Falls. Pronto has run Lock and Load since the last owner met an untimely end. According to Forty (then called Thirty-Two), the previous owner died when a weapon accidentally went off in his shop. If anyone knows different, they aren’t saying anything."
