Father Tully is the priest of the Drunk Cupid Chapel in New Reno's Commercial Row in Fallout 2.
Background[edit]
Clothed in brown robes, Father Tully is an elderly man with an alcohol-induced redness on his cheeks,[1] who serves the people of New Reno as a spiritual advisor.[2] He drinks alcohol for a variety of reasons; to honor all that is holy,[3] to speak in tongues,[4] and to kill the devil inside him.[5][6] Despite this, he claims to have been sober for a varying amount of time,[7][8] thanks to help of the Temperance Union and Missus Wright,[9] the latter of which he is afraid of finding out about his still-existent drinking habit.[10] Tully is interested in the other sex,[11][12][13] particularly in Missus Wright.[14] He also offers divorces.[15]

Notes[edit]
- He can provide the Chosen One with a lot of background information, if provided with alcohol. Topics include confessions of the Bishops and Wrights, the death of Richard Wright, the chem production at the stables and business of the Mordinos with Redding, and the laser weapons of the Salvatores. The last is a way of opening a minor quest dialogue option with Eldridge at New Reno Arms.
- He despises Jet for its ability to negatively affect the body and mind.[16]
- He will die if Chosen One decides to poison Wright's stills in the quest Bust up Wright's still beneath the train station.
- If alive, he will give the Fallout 2 Hintbook to the Chosen One after completion of Stop the Enclave.
- He has 999 HP, the same amount as Frank Horrigan.
- When asked about fixing an oil tanker, he mistakes it for a tank.[17]
