Fallout graffiti

Graffiti are writing or drawings scribbled, scratched, or sprayed on a wall or other surface in a public place. Graffiti ranges from simple written words to elaborate wall paintings.

	"JDA RULES" - A reference to Jason D. Anderson an artist who worked on Fallout.	Found on a building South West of the Blades main building in the Boneyard. Also in Fallout 2.
	"IP" - A reference to Interplay Productions, the company developing the game.	Found on a wall North of the deathclaw warehouse in the Boneyard. Also used on the top of one "Jet" example in Fallout 2.
