Elliot Nesting is a Ghoul initially residing in Quincy in Fallout Tactics.
Background[edit]
149 years old, Nesting is the leader of a group of ghouls who live in Quincy, and asks the Warrior for support in an imminent Deathclaw attack.[1] He is friends with Gorgi,[2] whom he also calls a brother, and who has been captured by beastlords.[3]

- His ghouls will be available as recruits after the mission, even if the Warrior does not speak with him or kills all the ghouls. Likewise, rescuing or abandoning Gorgi makes no difference.[4][5]
- He appears at Bunker Gamma after completing the Jefferson mission, and will remain there until the completion of the Osceolla mission.
