"Angry" Rick is the bartender of Junction City's bar, the Pit, in Fallout Tactics.

Angry Rick is a former Raider and regarded by many as a "complete asshole." He is having an affair of sorts with Casey Barrett and hates the Brotherhood of Steel.

Mission[edit]
When the Warrior comes, he reveals that he has the Robot Actuator, a part of a Humanoid Robot the Brotherhood needed, and that he will not give it to them. He speaks rudely about the Brotherhood but when confronted he asks for forgiveness and gives the robot part to the Warrior.
