- The hat can be found at Sunnytop Ski Lanes at the chimney.
- The hat can also be found at Big Fred's BBQ Shack on the center picnic table to the left of the shack.
- The hat appears in the small building outside The Rusty Pick.
- Two pairs of the outfit and hat can both be found in the costume store at Freddy Fear's House of Scares:
- The outfit and hat on the lower right shelf.
- The outfit on the counter underneath the Halloween sign decoration. Hat on a pumpkin to the left.
- The hat can be found in a costume trunk at the gazebo in the Whitespring Resort while the seasonal public event Mischief Night is available.
