This outfit consists of a light blue, button-up shirt worn under dark blue overalls and the hat.
Locations[edit]
- A hat can be found in the protest camp outside Poseidon Energy Plant WV-06.
- Three hats at Charleston Trainyard - In a small dining area, upstairs in the main building. One on a table near some skeletons and two in some lockers.
