Summary: Draco longs for normalcy.
Since his mother was staying, Draco busied himself in the kitchen with making tea. The familiar ritual allowed his mind to wander, and he found himself entertaining fanciful thoughts of afternoon tea, family dinners, and children giggling at the breakfast table. In short, Draco was longing for a more normal home life.
A year ago, such quaint notions of domesticity would never have occurred to him, but that was before he became a father. Draco wanted his children to have a better life than he’d had. Oh, he’d been given everything he wanted. Everything, that is, except his father’s approval.
