New autism-associated syndrome page, requesting review

Hi all,

I recently wrote a page up for the page "DHX30 syndrome" through the creation wizard, and when it went live a whole bunch of sections went missing. I have pinged the reviewer but haven't heard back, and would really like to re-build out the page- the missing parts are sort of inexplicable. I added the current page to my sandbox and BOLDED the areas I want to add back in, that I think are critical! Would someone please review? User:Purpleptaters/sandbox
