Theme park incidents
editGreetings. I see you've been adding a lot of information to various theme park incident summary articles, such as Incidents at Six Flags parks. I appreciate your contributions, but please remember that edits to Wikipedia, especially of this nature, must be backed up by reliable sources. In other words, you need to provide proof of the change you're making. This can be a local newspaper article, a link to their website or a reference to a book. Information from memory or from people you've spoken with at various parks would not be allowable as it is not verifiable, and it may also constitute original research. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to leave them here and I'll respond. Thank you, and happy editing! --McDoobAU93 13:59, 11 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi Eg224! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Mitchell Trubisky that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Also, please make sure to build consensus in the article talk page before repeating an edit that has been reverted. Please review WP:BRD. Thanks. Ytoyoda (talk) 16:46, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at User_talk:AdamDeanHall, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button
located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. Pavlov2 (talk) 16:43, 3 April 2022 (UTC)
Okay will do thank you! Eg224 (talk) 16:51, 3 April 2022 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Eli Manning has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 20:01, 26 April 2023 (UTC)
- Apologies, wanted to edit it after sending but was unable. Eg224 (talk) 16:20, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to 2022–23 Milwaukee Bucks season. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 12:23, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
- I was not trying to make it one sided, I think it is undeniably an embarrassing loss for anyone you would ask outside of Heat fans. Eg224 (talk) 16:19, 27 April 2023 (UTC)

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Scottie Pippen. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 11:45, 22 June 2023 (UTC)
Thanks for adjusting the article. I just protected it because of a big blast of vandalism. Would you mind looking over the article to see if there are any bits of nonsense that I missed? Joyous! Noise! 02:53, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
- No problem- thanks much! I didn’t look thru all the paragraphs but I was hoping someone would protect it. I was trying to remember how to submit a request. Eg224 (talk) 03:07, 22 January 2024 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Mitt Romney. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:41, 30 October 2024 (UTC)

November 2024
editI note that you have added a tag questioning the neutrality of 2024 United States presidential election on the page. You then went on to edit the section about which you expressed this concern. You did not, however, make a post to the talk page of the article explaining why you do not feel the article is neutral. Since you have already edited the section about which you expressed concern, please remove the tag. If you still feel that the section is not neutral, please post to the talk page about your concerns.
This article is covered under the contentious topics arbitration enforcement processes, and you may be subject to sanctions should you not be prepared to discuss such matters as banners on the article. Risker (talk) 06:23, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- I just took care of it- thanks for letting me know. I guess putting insight on the talk page would have been good, seemed like everyone else said everything possible though so I didn't. Eg224 (talk) 06:43, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
It is not clear what your recommendation is. Please consider adding a bolded Keep or Delete. Cullen328 (talk) 20:54, 18 December 2024 (UTC)

Reviving Operation B&M
editHey! I'm an amusement park/roller coaster lover and I've been working on various articles about them. This project in particular, Operation B&M, has seemingly been abandoned for about a decade now and I'd like to rescue it. I'm finding users (particularly those with interests in park/coaster articles) who may be interested in helping out. No worries if you aren't interested! Therguy10 (talk) 16:29, 19 December 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah i’m open to help out for sure Eg224 (talk) 01:46, 20 December 2024 (UTC)

Basketball RfC
editHey, thanks for your contribution to the RfC at WT:NBA. The thing is, I forgot to clarify in the proposal that it was supposed to be for the lead. If it isn't too much trouble, do you think you could go back to your comment and edit it to specify if you want it in the lead, or just in the legacy sections of the articles? Ladtrack (talk) 19:52, 11 April 2025 (UTC)
- I meant for the lead Eg224 (talk) 01:40, 12 April 2025 (UTC)
Lincoln
editI agree with Nikkimaria's reversion of your edit, not because it has too much detail, but because it has too little. If we quote Lincoln's statement, "I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races," then we should discuss to what extent he believed it and to what extent he was pandering to his audience for political purposes. In order to advocate against slavery, Lincoln thought it important to state that he was not advocating for racial equality. If people thought that he was advocating for racial equality, then they would dismiss his arguments against slavery. Of course, with Nikkimaria's constant "trimming," we could not discuss this. Maurice Magnus (talk) 12:10, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
- Noted, I think I covered it pretty well though if bro thought it was too long but I could look at those other things Eg224 (talk) 21:43, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
Packers edit summaries
editMay I ask why you add so much commentary to your edit summaries about the Packers that isn't related to what you are actually editing? As an example Unless they’re going to lose every game like they did against the Browns the other day
here. Mostly curious, but also long edit summaries can clutter up watchlists and sometimes ancillary comments can sometimes be taken poorly. Just trying to understand what you mean by them. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 14:56, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- idk sometimes it’s just funny i still told you what my edit was Eg224 (talk) 15:16, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- I get that, and I often chuckle. I would just express some caution, as the written word can sometimes be misunderstood by others. WP:SUMMARYNO explains a little more on this topic. Just a recommendation. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 15:41, 25 September 2025 (UTC)

Warning: NPOV Concerns
editI am going to convey, formally, a warning regarding your habit of adding in language to Packers articles that fails WP:NPOV. Specifically with this edit and your use of language like "late-season collapse" and "choke", as well as your editorializing regarding this being Policy's first major decision. I have mentioned this before with edit summaries and the vandalism on Packers articles, and you have been warned by other editors regarding the neutrality of your editing.
This is an encyclopedia; your language should be objective as possible, merely stating the facts. For the game itself, its possible that this type of language would be appropriate in an "analysis" section, attributed to reliable sources. As an example, you could say "Post-game analysis noted the improbable loss, with many sports analysts calling it a 'choke' or 'collapse'." (and then cite this with multiple sources). Thank you. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 17:27, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- I believe the articles I found alluded to some of these things like everyone i saw mentioned their skid to end the season and the playoff game. I made sure they were mentioned in the articles. Edit the language slightly if you want but they are in the articles. Eg224 (talk) 17:52, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
