Please explain this to me

I see that you reverted all of the edits to Job stacking that were made by new editor Gnmexico. It does not appear that you communicated in any way with the editor, nor did you open a discussion on the talk page of the article. The article itself, after your reversions, has been returned to being a two-line orphaned article. Can you please explain, in detail, why you did not communicate with the editor, why you did not open a talk page discussion, and why you repeatedly reverted the article to its current very poor state? The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Suki Sandhu Peacock tag

I noticed you added a {{peacock}} tag to Suki Sandhu here, but I'd like to inform you that the creator of the article has removed the tag here. I currently remain neutral on this matter, even after the user tried to ask me to remove it on their behalf, to which I told them about WP:DIY without comment. Please note that one of Wikipedia's foundational pillars is that it is written from a neutral point of view. The articles you have written for Judy Yo and Lokomade are very clearly not written from a neutral point of view. See, for example, sentences like this one: She made a mark in the Zambian music scene through her debut album titled "Supernatural Woman". The album instantly shook the industry and quickly caught the attention of the organizers of the Born & Bred Video awards in 2009 when she received her maiden nomination. A neutral way to rewrite this might be: Yo's debut album was Supernatural Woman. In 2009, it was nominated for the Born & Bred Video award for Maiden award (album). Please review the neurtal point of view guidelines. I also suggest taking the neutral point of view quiz.
