El Cucurucho's Crib of Cacophony

Not only do we have a new Meat Pig track, but we now have our first video clip for it!

Yay.

I just wanted to share this video with you all, it's Richard In Your Mind's song, 'Tea Me Try Love', and its first semi-public screening took place tonight at Magic Theatre, in Rich's garage. It's beautiful.



Also for those who aren't aware, danox and I have formed a band called Meat Pig. I suggest you head over to our last.fm page and have a listen. If you like it, download the tracks and put them on regular rotation on your playlists so that it may be scrobbled and spread like a virus to a plethora or last.fm radio stations.

1981 was a year of great moments in history:
- I was born
- Bobby Sands began his hunger strike in prison (shortly followed by his death)
- Lady Di married Prince Charles
- France abolished capital punishment
- Metallica were formed...

but by far the coolest thing to happen in 1981 was Debbie Harry appearing on The Muppet Show:

A few of us decided to go down to Melbourne over New Years, much alchohol was consumed, and little sleep was had over the 4 nights we were there (mostly due to bad hostels).

We met up with some friendly natives, and they showed us around a little, took us for a drive out to Bells Beach, which was quite a nice place full of quite nice flies.
