My requirements are 1) internet access 2) metro accessible 3) not-so-ridiculous parking and 4) not over 700/mo each person. I can *maybe* extend myself to $800/mo, but that should include utils. Oh, and Lauren has a cat.

We're hoping to find something in either Mt. Pleasant, Columbia Hts, Shaw, Petworth, 16th St. Heights...but I guess we're looking to see what's available first.

Any leads would be mucho appreciated! I don't think we have any real deadlines for this except we'll need to give our landlords 1 mo notice.
