This is my first post to this community and I want to ask you guys something. I´m going to cosplay Uruha from Gazette in his Chizuru outfit. But I have a question- how can I make my hair look like his? I´ve got straight hair and I´ve nearly got the same length he has. Here are two pictures of the hairdo:

Do you think it works if I backcomb the hair and put extra strong hair spray into it? Thank you very much in advance <3
 

Hello everyone, I don't post very often on LJ so bleh to me for that. BUT anyways I come with two questions in mind.

1. Would anyone happen to have any extra floor space, closet space, or what-have-you so I would have a place to sleep? It would greatly be appreciated, and I will obviously help pay for the room.

2. Myself and my dear friend Ari-chan flying-for-him are pulling together a GazettE cosplay group. We're going as Aoi (me) and Reita (her) in their SILLY GOD DISCO PV attire. And no I do not mean the waiter outfits. So as it stands we are currently looking for a Ruki, Kai, and Uruha to join us in the S.G.D visual attire. Also as an added bonus, we are thinking about performing S.G.D. at away for fun. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help us finish the band and help make for a great performance.

So... I made my precious Filth Kyo cosplay, and I wore it to Otakon this past weekend.It's actually only 80-90% complete, but it's not really obvious, so I'm posting it now.

I don't have any good pictures of me and tenshinoitami1, but she did Kaoru, and together we won 2nd Place Journeyman in the Saturday Hall costume contest.

Hello! This is my 2nd post. I attended a cosplay last sunday but didn't join the contest. I created the costume but the design is based on a photo from Gothic, Lolita and Punk Magazine. My hair is inspired by Die of Dir en grey. :)

But basically, I want to cosplay "Obscure" Toshiya for the next con.
I'm having trouble finding good reference pictures to work with. I have none =x just the video on damned Youtube.
The only pics I've found is of a cosplayer, but I'm not sure how well THEY'RE doing it, you know? So yeah >.<

I've been told Hot Topic, but I haven't seen any on their site or even at the store near my house.

So can anyone help me out either by pointing me in the direction of a good black trenchcoat (that isn't too too pricey) or good pictures?
