Are people even still subscribed to this community? I have no idea. In any case, congrats LWood horns for blowing everyone's socks off at the all county auditions and congrats to all who made it in!!! soooo cool! 5 is a pretty rockin' number to have from one school! Oh and congrats! to any of the non-horn players who made it in too (who many or may not read this forum).
In other news, the dude who wrote that horn octet with the baby bears is coming to my school to work with us on his piece for an exchange concert with Columbia. Nifty! Should I have him sign the score? ;P just kidding!

-Elise is sick with food poisoning, but goes to solo ensemble anyways.
-The Middle Schoolers at Creighton draw all over S&E schedules.
-Horn choir and Horn Trio warm up and wonder where Ceci is.
-Ceci bothers to show up after 30 minutes, fresh out of the shower. She may be too late to practice with the horn choir that she hasn't practiced with more than 5 or 6 times, but at least she is clean! There is much running around. (Har Har Har)
-Horn choir performs. Kick ass. We get a I rating. All 8 horns are present.
-The ol' chippie gang write prophetic messages on the board of hte social studies room.
-Drumline kicks ass at state. XD! while Lissa, Alex, and Elise get lost in the wilderness of Boulder. Not as easy as it sounds, folks.
-Elise finishes her book.
-Kelsey joins this illustrious community, DinosaurMells. Welcome!

-Once again Becca finally decides to archive!
-Becca created a new doodle during full orch. a Ninja holding up Sussa and Alexander by the ankles!
-Fiddle Faddle really sucks
All the days that we missed
-People Practiced and were far to busy to even think about updating?
-Becca's parents were out of town, so Becca spent the entire week(ish) at Elise's house.
-Elise and Becca learned a valuable lesson at the movie theater.
-Alex used her "skills" and hooked up some people.
-There was a recital!
-Elise starts to color the comics, WOOT!
So tonight I had my first concert. YAY! chop buster. man. anyway, after the concert i was like "how sad new horn section. this is the end. no more band practice. who wants to do duets?! or trios, or whatever." and they were all like "LOLZ cool! an ensemble. i dig it. lets work something out." and then the horn player that used to be a sax player who reminds me a lot of scott said "ive always want to arrange o canada for a horn ensemble. we could play that!" and i was like "!! CANADA+NELSON LOOK-ALIKE !!"
so i will see what becomes of this...
