Hello my long lost lovers..
I've missed you all.. I've been working a LOT! I've made some amazing new friends and living a sincerely sober life.
My life has changed considerably.
Chloe is going to be 5, yes, FIVE in September. I'm officially now 5'11 and 155 lbs and feeling amazing. Evidently, drinking excessively is not very dieting conducive .. ;) I still can't spell.. lol
I work for at&t and they've been nothing but good to me. I've gotten noticed my managers on my skills lol maybe a raise soon? let's hope so.
John and I split up... but we're working together to make a better life, slowly but surely. I lost weight and got pretty depressed and deep there for awhile..
but, it's getting better..
Chloe is FINALLY starting to talk.. She's a big girl! takes the bus everyday to preschool and is in a wonderful after school program. 
She's so artistic and has a beautiful talent of drawing hand chickens (she get's that from me) Data streams, you know.. binary code. 1010100010111... and can put together puzzles for 8 and up in a pretty decent time with minimal help. She's still got the gorgeous carrot top red hair and shirley temple curls. She's TALL!!!!!!! 44 inches tall and 43 lbs and still vegetarian and in great health! in the 90th percentile :) 

I'm going on the 8th back to the oncologist, seems to be a theory out there somewhere that I've got malignant bone cancer.. We'll see.. As my brother so eloquently cited. "Kat, you'll be fine, you're too much of a bitch to die" thanks bubba, love you too :) 
I'm still in to music, I still have my bass and trying to work on another cancer show. I've been pretty tired tho.. but my emotional health is getting better by the day.
John has been nothing but 100% supportive in his role of being there and me for him and we're working together hard core to be great interactive parents.
My social life is dead! LOL My mondays are fridays and I work 2nd shift.. so ya know.
I miss you guys.. I've not been here in over a year, and for neglecting you guys, I apologize..

Oct 19th I pulled together a huge cancer benefit show at TomCats in Deep Ellum, you should go see the pics and me on stage playin'.. We're having a toy drive december 14th and another cancer benefit in feb or march :)

I am also looking for a band to get with! I play bass.. and have a notebook full of stuff I've written. so if you're lookin' for or know anyone looking to do a metal/punk rock kinda thing let me know!

Also! I am cancer free officially! YAY!

Thanks you guys! Those comments REALLY meant alot to me. You just don't know how much they did. I was really scared to show what I used to look like because I tried as much as I could to hide it.
You all just wow. Amazing. Thank you so much. I just can't express how much it helped me think, hey! it's ok. I was morbidly obese. I fixed it. Now I'm just "midly overweight" according to my doc. It's amazing for me to hear from my doc, that in 25-30 more pounds, I will be considered thin and can get this 20 lbs of skin removed from me. my 30's so far have been the best in my life. This year I have beaten cancer, I've had an AMAZING little girl. My marriage is fabulous and he is the most supportive person EVER loved me fat, thin, sick and healthy and stuck with me the whole way. And my friends. Amazing friends I have.

I feel like I'm making an awards speech. Sorry for the sap, I just can't help it.

Heya everyone:) Just thought I would post something since it's been a VERY long while!
First.. My health is great, other than some fibromyalga freak outs the last 2 weeks. NO FUN! Must find better treatment then hydrocodone when needed.. grrr.
Chloe is AMAZING! 2 years/5 months now. My beautiful redheaded babygirl !!! Rules!
John is great, working hard for us as usual. I'm working full time again as well, so we really don't get to spend much time with one another.. But the time we do have is amazing!

If anyone needs a job, my company is hiring for windows or unix hosting techs :) Also, I have a friend who is hiring in bedford for a cgi/php programmer. If you or you know anyone who is a programmer looking for a job, this guy is AWESOME! He's one of my clients at work, we host their site and I do primarily most of the work on his server, except, I am not a programmer :)

I'm down 95 lbs now, since last May. I feel AMAZING as hell.. I went from a size 28, to a 14 :)
25 more lbs to go until my goal weight and I get surgery to remove all this loose skin. I had the lapband, not gastric bypass..
I have before and after pics if anyone wants to see. I'm hesitant to post them though because people can be cruel to obese kat even tho she is dead, I have her memories.

I don't know what else to post. Oh yeah. a friend of mine and I are trying to get a music project going. Anyone know a drummer with a kit? We want to get the ball rolling soon!!

There has to be more in my life then what I've posted! LOL
My social life has exploded. It comes with the territory of materialist socialites. That's the fat me saying that. haha. It's weird how people just subconsciously treat you better when you're thin and "pretty". Although, a 14 is NOT thin, I know this. It's an exceptable size. But before men would just let the door fall in my face. Now they run to hold it open for me before I get there. It's a very strange change to have to go though.

Life has been ok.. I had weight loss surgery in June, and I'm now down 90ish lbs.
I feel so much better! hooray!

John and Chloe are great.. John and I have just been working alot and Chloe just effing rocks at 28 months old! Long curly RED hair! haha

My band is really taking off, we're taking a couple of weeks off because of the holidays. But we'll get back to it on the 9th of Jan.

I hope everyone has a GREAT g'damn New Years.. I know I sure will..

I'm tired as fuck tho. I worked my day job from 7am to 4 pm, then went to my night job, and worked from 6 pm to 11 pm, then got back up at 5 this morning. Luckily, no 2nd job for me today. hooray!

I hope this cappucino kicks in soon. I'm really tired.
