I can't believe I actually made this community. I cannot believe it. It is such a bad idea.
But, hey, it's made now!
Welcome! This is a community for fanfiction featuring the remarkable British psychological illusionist/mentalist/facial hair expert, Derren Brown. No, really. No, really.
Now, Mr Brown is a real person, so if you're uncomfortable with real-person fanfiction, which is a viewpoint I completely understand, this is probably not the community for you. If, on the other hand, you've always wanted to write about Derren joining Torchwood, going to Hogwarts or simply being enormously silly backstage (they don't have to be crossovers), you are very welcome indeed.
After this entry, I'm going to make the default security level members-only. Membership is open, and Derren can look into your mind and see what you've written anyway, so this is really just a formality, but I felt perhaps it would make people feel a little more comfortable with posting their weird, weird RPF. If you would like to read the fanfiction and this entry is all you can see, therefore, all you have to do is join the community.
(Once you have joined, you are welcome to dive straight in with writing and reviewing, but if you would like to introduce yourself this is the place to do it.)
If you have any Derren Brown fanfiction written already, please post it or make an entry directing us to it, and perhaps this will start to look like a proper community. If you feel like writing any Derren Brown fanfiction, please do!
