Killroy is a New God noble from Apokolips, the son of Steppenwolf.

History

Believing that his cousin orchestrated the plan to take away Steppenwolf's right of succession to the throne of Apokolips, Killroy set up a plan to overthrow him and take the throne he believes to be his.

He sends his subordinates to kidnap Superman and Savage Dragon and take them to Apokolips to weaken their army, then The Fiend would possess Superman's body to defeat Darkseid so that Roy could seize the power for himself.
