BUUUUUUT I got a new car and it's a Kia Soul like I've wanted since they came out and I named her Maka (GET IT?! LOL I'M A DORK) and I'm in love with it and I've started driving again and I'm so excited about my cosplays even though I haven't even started on them and I haven't lost all the weight I need to, not even close, and I just went to a wedding this past weekend (which I made 32 triple-layered kanzashi for it was crazy) and saw all my college friends and it was awesome and it's almost the fourth of July so I'll get to see fireworks and go to some crazy party or something and I may or may not have a boy-interest in the picture and I swam in our pool today without getting sunburned which is a record for me and I realized recently that I have a hoarding problem with books and LIAR GAME IS BACK and my Legend of Korra season 2 DVD set finally arrived today after I pre-ordered it literally the day it was announced like last year and I'm going job-hunting as soon as I'm up to it because I feel and sound and look like absolute sh*t right now thanks to a cold or sinus infection or something

and also holy crap season 3 of Korra looks SO MUCH MORE PROMISING than season 2 already and we're only 3 episodes in, I love everything about it so far, espesh Korra realizing she made a dumbass decision

Gin no Saji anime! I knew it xD Um and I still don't get why it's called Gin no Saji because it has nothing to do with silver spoons. I didn't think much about it, though, until I saw that the first-press manga will come with a silver spoon. That's... really weird. But whatever.

And Liar Game this week was freaking epic. AkiNao ftw!

Akiyama, if you were real, I would most definitely ask you to marry me. *sigh* I knew I should have majored in psychology.

NaNoWriMo spotlighted journal community makes me feel like fail. It's been like years since I've written something that's not poetry, fanfiction, or required in order to not have a horrible GPA.

In other news... my sister is having her b-day party tonight with approximately 246398 teenagers, and I have yet to find someone else to hang out with :\ Oh well, at least there will be food.

I should never have gotten myself addicted to Liar Game. I knew it, and yet... it was so hard to stop reading.... I keep checking mangareader EVERY DAY because there's been a rumor going around that a new chapter is supposed to be released in November. I certainly hope that rumor is true and not just someone going "AHHH IT SAID 11月 ON KAITANI SHINOBU'S TWITTER!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY THAT CANNOT MEAN ANYTHING OTHER THAN LIAR GAME'S HIATUS ENDING!111" And I also should not have gotten myself addicted to eBay. I had to buy my mom's Christmas present there because it was significantly cheaper and then I started browsing and I found Hello Kitty things and cheap jewelry and an out-of-print Cherry Boom CD for $4 and... I can stop anytime, I swear.... xD But for real, though, I'm in the process of bidding on one more thing and then that's IT.

My favorite day of the year is coming up - Black Thursday Friday! :D I don't even buy that much; I just like the excitement. But I do have a really good idea for my brother, though, and every year I spend at least $10 on $2 DVDs. I mean, you can't even rent them that cheap most of the time! :] And if I get tired of them, I can sell them back to a local used bookstore and only lose a quarter.

Don't get me wrong - I am very excited about Thanksgiving and family and GOOD FOOD too! Speaking of which, I'm going to go sneak candy from the kitchen before the kiddies arrive and devour it all. Oh, party food, how I love you.
