Guess who might be Grouuuunded
And to be honest maybe being mute is fine so no one knows how little he understood about some certain things.
He's still holding the biocable he tore from his left side, he sighs.
Luckily it seems he can still potentially type his needs and words into something. He's not using his voice. Take that, he's learning more loop holes.
He holds his tablet and types.
"So how much trouble am I in?"

Maybe the Virus other isn't so bad. Maybe the three of them can get along.. and he can get on a new footing with the other Zero. He wonders if he has a name.
He types on his datapad. "I'm glad, I was nervous, you got a scary serious face. But I know its cause you care alot."

The first thing Blues does when they get back in communicator range--damn faeries and their stupid comm blocks--is form a group text with Elec and Nickel.
::so. there's a group of us coming back from a fun little adventure and we all need medical attention. rock also needs a hug and to be grounded from leaving the ship for five years minimum.::
With the text fired off, he leans back against the wall and scrubs a hand over his face. He is... so tired. He should check on the others, on his siblings, but the words are gummed up inside of him. What can he say that isn't going to come off as too rough or scathing?
He's taken down illusions, helped kill stardroids, but this... this was the first time he regrets not being able to kill their opponent for good. The fact that Grusa is still out there makes his skin crawl. He doesn't feel any safer for having his brother back, nor does he feel accomplished for what they did.
He just feels sick and he's not sure what flavor of ill it is.
He looks up though when he notices Rock fiddling with a tablet, and he does manage a smile when he sees that Rock is getting around the mute spell. "An exceptional amount." He waves his communicator idly. "I messaged Elec and Nickel. First thing happening when we get back is repairs."
He is still very aware of the holes he's sporting after all.

Which is good, the tears stopped too, hes not bleeding any more and everything seems okay now...
But could it be he's pushing it all aside too fast... or not fast enough.
"Help me make a prison fortress with the pillows..." he types.

Re: Guess who might be Grouuuunded
Once everyone was back on their feet, Roll was quick to move to her brother. She checked him over before quickly hugging him. She holds on for a long while, but eventually they have to move.
It's not until they're on the shuttle that she finally breaks down. Now that they were safe, she lets herself cry for a bit. There was no point in trying to hide it as she sits next to her brother.
She looks over as he types out his message and frowns.
"Why would you be in trouble? None of this is your fault." She sniffles and rubs at her eyes.

She's not a stranger, not really. Not any more then anyone else in this ship. but... he knows she's supposed to be family.
He puts his arms around her and pulls her close. It's not the same, he's scared and assumes it will never be warm enough for her...
He wants that back. Pulling her tighter in. He wants his sister, he wants to have those proper emotions back for her.
He puts a hand behind her head.... He tries to speak but forgotten his voice is muted...
He can't even tell her properly.

Of course he is barely held together with the medical equivalent of shoestring and glue and it'd be pretty lame if he threw a punch and just broke in half right now. He sighs and leans against the wall, optics moving to that thing in his hand. Bass nods to it.
"Give that to me," he holds his hand out, "I'll get rid of it."
no subject
It wouldn't work the way Rock thinks. Bass's brain is different and probably much louder and disorganized.
Bass is after all already offering a form of comfort, its just not the physical back breaking hug he kind of wants. Besides he's sure Bass would literally break his back.
He opens his mouth to say something forgetting a moment his muting.

Wildcard
Donnie was still in his room, and Mikey was on bodyguard duty so Leo took the opportunity to get some air, and found himself outside Rock's door. Seems like they usually talked on missions, so it felt weird to seek him out. Still, he had a couple things he wanted to talk about.
He knocked on the door, not sure even Rock was even home right now.
"Hey, little blue, you got a minute?"
no subject
He looks down again, fidgeting with his hands... There was something he was scared to have happen. What if Leo tells him not to be friends with Donnie any more... What if Leo's upset he got Donnie in this mess...
"I have soda and stuff..."

He feels slightly better to be back on the R2. The place is as close to a home as they have here, safe from anything that might want to try tearing them away, save the Space Bridge itself.
Being incredibly self-conscious of his extra appendages has made it difficult to comfortably maneuver them. Each twitch is a reminder of a thing that isn't supposed to be there, but it's impossible walking without having to use them to some extent just so they won't drag. At least having a brother that can teleport makes it easy not to be seen, so maybe he can be saved the trouble of questions and stares and they can take refuge in their room.
Good luck in getting him to leave it.

Mikey is awake again by the time they reach the shuttle, but still feeling shakey at best. He is sitting close to his brothers of course, trying to give them space but unable to bring himself from being too far.
Still he leans into Donnie when he's not paying attention, and after letting them sit in silence for a while, he sighs.
"You okay?" Heavy question he knows, but at this point, Donnie should know he isn't asking it beyond the bare minimum of the moment.
The answer is no. It's always no. But aside from that...

Rock finds the one thing he can do is send him a text, he can't speak any how right now anyway.
"For what it's worth, you'd been a far better father then Grusa ever was capable of." He hovers his finger over the send button for a long while.
He then takes a deep vent of air and lightly taps. All it ever takes...

Bass is impatient.
So he finds himself at a familiar door smacking a fist against it.

Solon is her son and to be student. Hikari will be her daughter once the clone is finished - her joy and pride, raised to see Cybertronians as good and just and raised to know that Aura is her cousin. Donatello is... was a project, something to pass the time with. Yet now he is a son. Her student. Someone she has a responsibility towards and to. (Somewhere, his siblings fit into that, if only as a way to keep the teenager happy.)
Strange how life turns. Yet her she is, outside Donnie's door, knocking politely while inside she yearns to tear off, to track down the one who took him and introduce the fool to the meaning of destruction.
Alas, Donnie needs friendly faces. A hug. A wing to hide under if he desires.

Nearly dying. He curses a little under his breath but continues with his light stretches, just carefully seeing how far he could push his frame as it was.
He made a deal with the Diva not to die. He wonders what kind of favor he's gonna have to do eventually. Hopefully she decides to stop using Piano's face. It's unnerving...
Whatever. No use worrying right now, he'll drag those two along as punishment when the time comes.
Speaking of punishment even these light exercises are not feeling great. Eventually he ends up laying flat on his back on the exercise mat watching videos on his comm.
Still better then vegging in his room.

And then there is a Treble on Bass's face, barking happily. Only Treble times now, Bass.
"You're back. I think he missed you," Sarah says with a flicker of amusement in an otherwise flat and emotionless voice.

He blinked down at Bass for a bit, tipping his head this way and that, then dropped down to sit beside Bass. His curious expression shifted to one of concern, and he patted Bass' shoulder. "I'm sorry your face looks like a really bad day, just, the most awful terribad one. I have the blanket Rock gave me in my box. Do you want it for a pillow? Or..."
He thought this over, then wiggled to maneuver out a large plushie of a dino chicken nugget that looked very very familiar to Bass from inside his box, because it had in fact been taken from Bass' room.
Heat held it himself for a few seconds, hugging it to his box, then scooted closer to Bass. "Missions and things can be scary. I won't tell anybody if it was. Here." He tucked the plushie nugget into Bass' elbow. "You can be small for a little bit if you need to. Being little means being upset without having to be you. If you want." He looked away, then curled a finger around one of Bass'. "You don't have to."

Roll has been looking for Bass and after a little bit of checking around, she's not surprised where she finds him.
She watches from the side for a bit until he finally takes a rest.
"You should be careful, you are still recovering," she says, handing him a bottle. Her tone is worried but she's smiling.
"I just wanted to come say thank you for helping with rescuing Rock." Even if he was a little... loud about it and perhaps unconventional? Still, she couldn't deny that he had, in fact, helped.

Oh god, the tentacles.
He walks gingerly, in sweats and his jacket, open revealing a wealth of bandages wrapped tightly underneath, fastening up his combat gloves. There was a heavy bag about to get a world of frustration taken out on it.
And then he spies his brother doomscrolling on his comm.
He lets out a long sigh.
"Look, I'll do my best to stay out of your way. I'm not really in any shape for rough-housing right now."

Leo let out a long, tired sigh as he leaned back in the captain’s chair, head lolling back as he stared at the ceiling for a moment. The novelty of flying the human sized shuttle wasn’t enough to dispel the bad feelings from the last few hours. Though it did give him some time alone with his thoughts. He wasn’t sure what the others were thinking about the deal he struck, whether he had tied them into some later trouble. Assuming they were thinking about him, and not Rock or Donnie– as they should be.
After a minute or two gazing at rivets he leaned forward, stretching his arms in front of him and wincing as the injury in his shoulder flared with mild pain. Skittles and Roll had helped him up more or less, but it was still sore. He’d done his best to scrub off as much of the blood as he could with the supplies on the ship but until he had a proper shower he was trying to stay away from Mikey. Which was hard. Leo wasn’t feeling like a particularly good brother not being back there with him and Donnie.
The lantern was back in its backpack, hanging off the chair unzipped with the light escaping. Skittles, for her part, was nestled on Leo’s shoulder, giving him a particularly pirate-y look. The sunfire rainbow was looking rather put out, having been sat on and close to being a snack.
Hearing someone approaching from behind him, Leo craned his head back to see who it was.
"I got this, if you want to hang back."
II. The Library
There was a thud from one of the lower tables as Leo dropped his head on it with a groan, arms folded in front of him. What was wrong with Donnie that he liked all this reading and studying? How did April manage if this was what school was like every day? No wonder she was always complaining about it!
Leo was hardly a frequent visitor to the library, which may stand out to the regulars. The books surrounding him were equally out of character and explained a good amount of his suffering: books on the fae, psychics, and worst of all contract law. Was that a dictionary buried in there? Hard to say.
There were also a few Jupiter Jim or Baki Songfang comics mixed in, for moral support.
"This is the woooorrrssstt," he bemoaned, voice muffled as he was still face down on the table.
III. Assorted (Specify)
As tended to happen after a trip off-ship that went sideways, Leo was making a valiant effort to get back to his normal routine while denying how badly he was feeling. With mixed success, anyone who knew him well could see something was off with the usually social turtle. The training hall, skate park, sometimes even the observation room, and of course the turtle’s shared room were all places one could find Leo.
II. The Library
Maya has her own books in arm - all from the same series about some fantasy set on a distant world on the outskirts of the galaxy - and was headed to check them out, but we will not deny that Leo's newest reading tastes aren't a curious, if eclectic mix.
"What brought the subjects on?"
Hopefully nothing she did!

II. The Library
A covered plate is set down in front of Leo on top of the book he is reading and Mikey is close behind, sitting in a chair across from him.
"I brought cookies," he said with a smile, pulling back the cover to show his brother. Who knows when the last time Leo has eaten, he probably should have brought something with more substance, but he has been stress baking again so he had these readily on hand.
Who knew if food was even allowed in the library. It didn't really matter since it wouldn't have stopped him anyways.

I. The Shuttle
Roll had had her cry and had checked in everyone, with a little time to spare.
Well, almost everyone. Leo had seemed to have disappeared from the group.
It wasn't very big so he waant hard to find as she knocks before letting herself into the cockpit.
"Oh, sorry to bother you. I just wanted to check in and see if you needed anything. Are your injuries doing okay?"
