Help!  Does anyone remember an RPS story about Elijah filming the scene on Caradhras (sp?) with a bad cold/hypothermia where he had to be cared for in the tent and airlifted down from the mountain?  Even just the author would help - I could look it up then. TIA

Re:  today's comments on how Elijah is either aging incredibly well (or not at all!), the attached gif may go a ways toward explaining Elijah's infinite youthful looks - - what he does at the end of a workday:

I need to look it up again, but I think it was the review by "Candid".  Anyhoo, in the review he/she wrote this:  "...Wood keeps choosing such interesting and diverse projects, showing great commitment to the craft, rather than a paycheck."

But we already knew this, didn't we?    The reviewer also calls him "irreristibly talented".  Knew that too  ;-)

Somebody lock Elijah in a closet!  A slightly older, very beautiful German actress has been picked to play the Witch Queen in Elijah's new movie.  (we all know what a disaster the Elijah-Franka Potente 'romance' was......;-)

Nice little story online about how Elijah (who was on a Salmon River rafting trip with a friend) stopped into an A&W in Idaho and blew people away!  The local A&W was giving away floats while requesting donations for Wounded Veterans and Elijah got his free float and donated $20.  The usual reporting of how sweet and kind and polite Elijah was - the staff was in ecstasy!

Only pic I've found thus far of Dominic at the Emmys (Wild Things is nominated).  But how adorable is he looking??  Hint of dimples, letting the hair grow out a bit, LOVE the blue tux. Best of luck Dom!!

Words that we have all heard, said or written in describing dear Elijah......

Well, this may explain Elijah's radio silence the last week - He's signed on to co-star with Vin Diesel (!) in a rare studio produced action/fantasy movie.  Also in the cast are Rose Leslie, of Game of Thrones, and Michael Caine.

I guess he's sitting in his Austin home, trying to grok the concept of appearing in a movie with Vin Diesel (of all people). Yikes.  Well, of course, he's also appearing with the incomparable Michael Caine.

I believe filming will begin Jan/Feb of 2015.

Elijah hasn't posted anything at his twitter site for a week (not even a music or food themed tweet, which he does A LOT). Any of our resident lj detectives have any idea of his whereabouts??  I'm a mom - I worry if the pigeons who hang out on my deck don't come by......
