I'm Steph. I'm 5'6". I'm a 27 years old. I live in New Hampshire. I work for a mental health agency. I have a boy friend of almost 2 years who I love! This is my diet journal where I post what I've eaten, my weight and struggles or sucesses. My plan is to count calories and exercise.
I started this journal in 2005 and went from 243 to 181 in 7 months.I have slowly gained it alll back tho I've been between 230-240 all of 2010 and I'd like to get under 230 by January 1st 2011. I am currently 237.6 and need to get back on track and do what I know works. Count cals and exercise. I Plan on aiming for <1,700 calories a day and exercising. I am hopefully re-joining a gym soon as I have money.
My goal weight is 156 or to have a BMI under 25. I want to have a healthy body and like how I look. I have been battling my weight since I was 12 and It's old. I want to have a child around age 30 and I need to be a healthy weight before I'm doing that. I know how much happier I will be once I'm a healthy weight. I struggle with binging and compulsive over eating I have horrible self esteem...I 've done this before and I can do it again!
I read everyday but don't comment very often unless I know I can really contribute. I could always use more diet/exercise friends so add me if you want.
